I’ve tried meditation and it doesn’t work for me. Why is this different?
GREAT QUESTION! The main difference is that you’ll receive a mantra to use while meditating. I’m trained to select a mantra specifically for you, and that mantra helps to work with the nature of the mind. Think of this like if I told you to swim to the bottom of the ocean, you’d try, but can only get so far. Vedic Meditation is like giving you the scuba gear and training you need to sit effortlessly on the bottom of the ocean floor.
I can’t make all 4 days in person, can I still join?
Unfortunately, no. It’s important we all prioritize attending all sessions so you can walk away feeling knowledgable, and prepared for making meditation a habit.
This is way more expensive than the meditation apps I’ve tried. Not to mention the free meditations on YouTube! Why does it cost so much?
The big downfall of other types of meditation, is that they don’t teach you the HOW of meditation. We don’t offer refunds. This knowledge is sacred, and you receive a personalized mantra on day one of the course, which can’t be taken back. You are entering into an ancient practice. I have to protect the sacred nature of this practice and the time I’ve spent becoming adept in providing you the absolute best meditation experience. If you are still unsure, it’s not time for you to learn this type of meditation, which is absolutely ok!
